At Casino Pauma, the management team was looking for a comprehensive inventory and procurement solution that would automate their processes, help reduce costs and boost efficiency. They also wanted a subscription service model that with predictable IT costs, an accelerated return on investment and the latest software updates. After a careful review of their extensive options, they selected the Agilysys’ Stratton Warren System (SWS).

SWS easily aggregates purchasing across departments and from multiple locations, including mission-critical items to the incidentals that add up to big dollars over time. The system manages the entire process, from requisition to invoice, and integrates with most leading financial, business and POS software products. SWS is available as an on-premises solution or through a subscription service.

SWS is one of the most reliable and robust systems on the market; and, as a hosted solution, it doesn’t require an enormous capital expenditure. This technology will modernize our entire food-service operation and allow purchasing staff to focus on the strategic elements of the procurement process.
