It’s a proud milestone for the California tribe. A major construction project is underway in the beautiful foothills of the San Jacinto mountains. What was once an empty field now bustles with tradespeople, where Soboba Casino Resort is building a replacement property. The new casino and hotel property is scheduled to open this Fall.
Soboba Casino plans to have InfoGenesis® point of sale, and Visual One® property management software when it opens. InfoGenesis will enable F&B staff to provide a seamless guest experience while Visual One will be used to simplify the reservation process. The two solutions combined will not only help staff streamline their processes, they will also provide a complete, 360-degree view of each guest.
“InfoGenesis is very user-friendly and will require a lot less involvement from IT… Visual One will help us deliver a better guest experience while simplifying the booking process… “
- Steven Nino, IT Director at Soboba Casino.
