Entering its 33rd year, the National Indian Gaming Association’s (NIGA) annual conference and exhibition is a hallmark of the tribal gaming community. Established not only as the premier event for the Indian Gaming industry, but as the figurative heartbeat for Native American success. Agilysys is a proud member and long-time supporter of the non-profit organization comprised of 184 Indian Nations.

An Exciting Start

Day one launched with tribal ceremonial customs, followed by a ribbon cutting that launched the official opening of the expansive exhibition area. Attendees were eager to see the latest in hospitality and technology trends targeted specifically for tribal gaming professionals. The convention featured a host of giveaways, friendly competitions and events that delighted both the audience and the Agilysys team throughout the day.

A Captivated Audience

The Agilysys booth was filled with smiles while the team engaged with industry peers and customer partners. Agilysys showcased several innovative products, answered questions and demonstrated the latest in LMS (Lodging Management System) with mobile check-in, mobile check-out, mobile housekeeping, improved casino management performance, and more.

The Star of the Show

One of the major draws on the show floor was the Gas Pump Management Interface featuring the InfoGenesis POS (Point-of-Sale) at the Agilysys booth. This unique interface allows hospitalityprofessionals to extend POS to the gas pump. With an actual gas pump on the show floor, attendees could see first-hand how their POS solution works with gas pumps and leverages the property’s existing Player Cards, Tribal Cards, Employee Cards, Local Fleet Cards and even Gift Cards.

The Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention was the ideal meeting place where tribal professionals gathered to learn, network and exchange ideas. This year was a cultural celebration of success, strength and self-reliance. We enjoyed seeing all our friends in Vegas last week, and look forward to seeing everyone again soon!
